2GIG Smoke Detector - Loss of Supervision

Learn how to troubleshoot loss of supervision issues with your 2GIG Smoke Detector.

Instructions:

  1. Ensure the panel is disarmed.

  2. Remove the sensor cover by rotating the casing counterclockwise.

  3. Replace the cover.

  4. Test the sensor.

  5. If the sensor is working correctly, you're done!

  6. If Loss of Supervision error is still present, replace the sensor battery.
