EL Flood Sensor - Low Battery

Learn how to replace the battery in your EcoLink Flood Sensor

What You Need:

  • 1 – Small Phillips-head Screwdriver

  • 1 – CR-2450 Battery

Instructions:

  1. Open the sensor by removing the rubber tabs on the bottom and the screws beneath them.

  2. Remove the old battery.

  3. Wait 15–20 seconds.

  4. Replace with a CR-2450 battery.

  5. Fully close the sensor and replace the screws and rubber tabs.


Test the Sensor:

User Code Needed

  1. To test the sensor take a wet paper towel and place the sensor on it and ensure the 4 prongs touch the wet towel.

  2. Disarm the panel with 4 digit code.
