For clarity, please note the following terminology:

abc@ = alias
domain.com = domain
abc xyz = first name and last name
To change the alias, the mailbox must be deleted and recreated using the Add More Email Accounts option. A new warmup period of at least 10 days will also be required.
To change only the first and last name, without modifying anything else, please contact our support team. We can update this from our end without requiring a new mailbox or another warmup cycle. Once the change is complete and confirmed, you may download and re-upload the updated CSV if needed.
