Paid but your dashboard shows 0 mailboxes / 0 domains? Check your network

If your dashboard shows 0 mailboxes and 0 domains after a successful purchase, it is usually your internet provider blocking our backend, not a problem with your order. Here is how to fix it.

What you are seeing

You completed a purchase, but when you open app.maildoso.com your dashboard still shows 0 mailboxes / 0 domains and no active package.

In most cases this is not a problem with your order. Your payment is recorded on our side and your plan is active. The dashboard is simply unable to load your account because your internet provider is blocking our backend.

Why this happens

Some internet providers block connections to our backend, api.maildoso.com. When that happens, the dashboard cannot fetch your data, so it shows zeros even though your subscription and mailboxes exist. Technically, the requests fail with errors such as HTTP 503 or a TLS handshake failure.

How to fix it (quickest method)

Open your dashboard through a free VPN:

  1. Install a free VPN browser extension, or use any free VPN app.

  2. Connect to any location.

  3. Open app.maildoso.com and wait a minute or two for everything to load.

Your mailboxes and domains should now appear. After a few visits through the VPN, your provider usually starts trusting the site, and you can turn the VPN off and browse normally.

Alternative (advanced)

If you manage your own router or network security, you can allow (whitelist) our backend instead of using a VPN:

  • Domain: api.maildoso.com

  • IP address: 167.235.31.207

Good to know

Your payment and plan are safe. This is purely a network display issue on the connection side, not a lost purchase. Once the connection to our backend goes through, everything you paid for will be visible.

If a VPN doesn't fix it: this may be a provisioning delay, not a network block

Occasionally the empty dashboard isn't caused by your network at all — it's a delay in our own provisioning queue processing your order. When that's the cause, a VPN or whitelisting won't change anything, because the dashboard is correctly showing that your mailboxes/domains haven't finished being set up yet. This is a known, actively monitored class of issue on our side, not something wrong with your account or payment.

Still not showing up?

If your dashboard still shows zeros after trying a VPN, reach out to our support team in the chat and include your purchase receipt or invoice number and the email address you used to log in, so we can confirm the plan is attached to the correct account. If it's a provisioning delay rather than a network block, let us know and we'll check the queue status for your order directly — most of these clear within 24 hours, but flagging it lets us track and escalate it on our end. If the empty dashboard isn't a network block, it may be a provisioning or renewal issue instead — see I paid but my subscription isn't showing in my account and Why are my mailboxes or domains suddenly disconnected, inactive, or missing?
