Our card provider is ending support for cards in your region due to limitations on their end. Unfortunately, your nsave card will stop working by June 18.

We know how much this matters. For a lot of you, your card is part of everyday life — your groceries, your subscriptions, the small things you don't think twice about — and having it stop is a real disruption. We're genuinely sorry for the inconvenience this causes.

Please take a few minutes to move anything tied to your card, so nothing you rely on gets interrupted.

Everything else about nsave stays exactly the same. Your account and all your other features keep working as normal — it's only the card that's affected.

We know how much your card matters to your day-to-day, and we don't want to rush into alternatives that might bring the same frictions at the expense of speed and reliability. We've already started work on an improved card, expected by next quarter. As we build it, we're focused on what you care about most:

We'd rather take the time to find the right partner than rush into one that isn't affordable or reliable for everyone. This isn't the news you were hoping for — we know that. But we'd rather be upfront: getting this right takes time, and we'll keep at it until you have the best card out there, no matter how many tries it takes.
