Your ACH details are getting an upgrade: what's happening and when (Pakistan)

We're improving ACH for our Pakistan community by upgrading to a new US banking partner. Old details close on 30 September 2026 — we recommend any payment is sent by 25 September.

We're moving ACH for our Pakistan community to a new US banking partner. While we complete the switch, there will be a short period when you can't receive ACH payments. This article explains what's changing, the key dates, and what to do.

What's changing

Your current ACH details (routing and account number) stop accepting payments on Wednesday 30 September 2026. Because ACH transfers take 1 to 3 business days to arrive, we recommend that anyone paying you sends the money at least 3 business days before that date, so by Friday 25 September 2026.

Your new ACH details will follow shortly after. We'll confirm the exact date by email and with a banner in the app as soon as they're live, along with the steps to set them up.

Your nsave balance is not affected. Your SWIFT / IBAN details, your card, stablecoin and ntag all keep working normally.

Key dates

  • Now until Friday 25 September: your current ACH details still work. Friday 25 September is the last day anyone should send to them, which leaves the 3 business days a transfer can take to arrive.

  • Saturday 26 to Tuesday 29 September: don't have anything sent to your current details. ACH takes 1 to 3 business days and doesn't move at weekends, so a payment sent now may land after the 30th and be returned to the sender.

  • From Wednesday 30 September: your current ACH details are closed. Anything arriving is returned to the sender, not credited to your nsave account. See what happens to money sent to your old details.

  • After that: your new ACH details become available in the app. We'll confirm the date by email and in the app as soon as it's set.

What you should do now

  1. If someone is about to pay you by ACH, ask them to send it by Friday 25 September, or to hold until your new details are ready.

  2. If you're expecting a salary or client payment in the coming weeks, switch it to one of the other ways to receive money on nsave: your USD, GBP or EUR IBAN, stablecoin, or ntag. All three are free during the transition. See how to receive money while ACH is paused.

  3. Watch for our email and the in-app banner announcing your new details. Once they're live, set them up and share them with everyone who pays you the same day.

Why we're making this change

Faster transfers, verification handled once at setup rather than in pieces every time you get paid, and support for more of the ways our community actually gets paid. That's also why, when you set up your new details, we'll ask for your documents once, at the start.

Our aim is to keep improving until we get the best possible service to our users, and we know a second change is inconvenient. As a thank you for bearing with us, we've put together a few offers: $90 off the Infinite card, 2% cashback on your first payroll into your new details, and a free multicurrency IBAN for the next month.
