Master Sequence - How to Unassign a Stop from a Route

This guide shows you how to remove a stop from a route's schedule. You can unassign a stop for a single day or remove it from all future dates to keep your routes accurate and efficient.

Unassign a Stop for a Specific Day

  1. Navigate to the Route manager.

  2. Find the route you want to edit. Click the three-dot menu and select Master sequence.

  3. In the column for the specific date, find the stop you wish to remove and click the Unassign (x) icon.


4. Click the Update button at the top right of the screen, then click Publish in the confirmation window to save your changes.

**Same unassigned Actions can be done from the map view as well


Unassign a Stop for All Future Dates

  1. Navigate to the Master sequence view for your route.

  2. In the Master column on the far left, find the stop you want to remove from all future routes.

  3. Click the Unassign (x) icon on that stop's card. This marks the stop for removal across all future dates.

4. Click Update and then Publish to finalize the changes.


Tips

If you make a mistake before publishing, you can undo the unassign action. Simply click the Undo unassign icon on the red-highlighted stop card to add it back to the route.
