Master Sequence How to Manage Unassigned Stops - Map View

The map view allows you to assign stops visually, which helps in finding the most logical place for a new stop within an existing route. The process is similar to assigning stops from the Board view.

  1. In the Unassigned panel on the left, click the stop you wish to add to the route.

  2. An assignment box will appear. Enter the desired position in the Sequence field.

  3. Click Assign permanent to add the stop to the master sequence for all future dates, or click Assign current day to add it for the selected day only.

  4. The stop will move to the list on the right, and a corresponding numbered pin will appear on the map, automatically updating the route line.

Tips for Using This Section

Use the Map view to quickly spot routes that are geographically inefficient, such as those that backtrack unnecessarily. You can easily re-sequence stops by dragging and dropping them in the assigned stops list on the right to optimize the travel path.
