Master Sequence - Filtering unassigned stops

Updated over a week ago

From the action menu at the top right, click the Update dropdown.

Toggle the Unassigned stops option to turn it on. The Unassigned column will now appear on the left side of your screen, displaying all stops not yet assigned to a route.

In the Unassigned column, click the filter icon next to "Bulk select".

In the Columns dropdown, select Action or Tags as your filter criterion.

In the Value dropdown, choose the specific action (e.g., Concierge) or tag you wish to filter by. Your unassigned stops list will now be filtered.

To remove filters, click the filter icon again and select Remove all.

Locate the stop you wish to assign in the Unassigned column and click the right arrow icon next to its details.

Click Assign current day to assign the stop only to the selected day's route.

Alternatively, click Assign permanent to assign the stop to the selected day and all future occurrences of the Master Route.

Once a stop is assigned, you can adjust its position within that route by clicking and dragging the assigned stop to your desired sequence number within the route column.

In the Unassigned column, click the Bulk select checkbox at the top to enable selection mode.

Click the checkbox next to each stop you wish to assign.

Click Assign permanent to assign all selected stops to the Master Route for the current day and all future instances.

Click the Map tab at the top of the route board.

In the Unassigned column on the left, click on a stop's details to view it on the map.

Enter a Sequence number in the field below the stop details.

Click Assign permanent or Assign current day to add it to the route with the specified sequence.

After making your assignments and sequencing changes, click the Update dropdown at the top right.

Click Publish to save and apply your changes to the live Master Route.

Click the Activity tab to review your changes. The Changed Stops and Differences views will show a log of all assignments and resequencing actions, including old and new states.

Tips

Unassigned stops are not tracked in drafts; changes are only reflected once published to the Master Route.
