Over time, daily routes can drift away from the Master Route because of manual adjustments, holiday schedules, every-other-week service, or monthly customers appearing and disappearing from the route.
The Resync feature allows you to select specific daily routes and update them to match your published Master Route sequence.
This is particularly helpful for:
A/B week service schedules
Every-other-week customers
Routes with a large number of monthly customers
Seasonal or holiday route adjustments
Daily routes that have gradually drifted out of sequence
How Resync Works
Select the daily routes you want to update.
Review the preview.
Confirm the resync.
The system applies the current published Master Route sequence to the selected daily routes.
* Important to Know *
Resync is performed at the daily route level.
You choose which days should be updated, but you cannot choose individual stops within those days.
Because of this, Resync is best thought of as a selective daily-route resync, not a selective stop-level publish.
The Master Route must already be published before a resync can be performed.
