Overview
The Route Management List View is a new new beta feature that provides a faster, more flexible way to organize routes and stops. Customize the layout, reorder routes and stops, monitor progress at a glance, and quickly assign unassigned work all from one screen.

Key Features
Expand and Collapse Routes
Routes are displayed as collapsible rows.
Click any route to expand it and view its assigned stops.
Collapse routes to keep the workspace organized.
Switch Between Layouts
Choose the view that works best for you:
Rich View – Displays status chips, badges, and additional visual indicators.
Table View – A clean, spreadsheet-style layout for maximum information density.
You can switch between layouts at any time.
Customize Your Workspace
Personalize the view to match your workflow:
Show or hide columns.
Adjust row density.
Your preferences are automatically save and will be restored the next time you return.
Sort and Organize Routes
Routes can be sorted by:
Most stops
Fewest stops
Name (A-Z)
Name (Z-A)
Custom order
Your preferences are automatically save and will be restored the next time you return.
Reorder Stops Within a Route
Need a custom order? Simply drag and drop routes into the sequence you want.
Drag and drop stops to change their order within a route.
Movement indicators (▲/▼) show how far each stop has moved.
Save changes permanently to the Master Route or apply them for the current day only.
Bulk Actions
Manage stops in bulk from the list view.
Bulk complete
Bulk unassign stops
Bulk move stops
Monitor Route Progress
Each route includes a progress bar that provides an at-a-glance summary of:
Serviced stops
In Progress stops
Skipped stops
Remaining work
Assign Unassigned Stops
Quickly assign work by:
Dragging unassigned stops directly onto a route.
Moving multiple stops at once with bulk assignment.
These assignment tools work the same way as they do in the Board/Advanced Board view.
