Welcome to our Help Center.

This Getting Started Guide was written to assist new users in using the Fieldwork Online Portal (browser) and the Fieldwork mobile app. 

To start learning start with this Help Center. We have over 400 articles that address specific scenarios, errors you might stumble upon, and we offer insights on how to best use Fieldwork. Find the table of contents to our Help Center at: https://intercom.help/fieldwork.

We also have over 160 YouTube videos that offer a visual step-by-step guide to individual features and most videos are under 4 minutes. Find a list of these videos in our Help Center at: Our videos sorted by Fieldwork component. Click the name of a video and it will take you to YouTube.

The easiest way to ask us questions is through Intercom. This is the circle with a smiley face in the bottom-right corner of your browser. Click it and type your question there. Everybody here will see your message and we typically respond within 2-3 minutes.

After you click the smiley circle the Intercom interface appears. To type a message click your mouse where it says Send a Message and start typing. To send an attachment, such as a screen shot, click the paper clip.

This Getting Started Guide is arranged in the way you should start learning Fieldwork - meaning you should learn about the Dashboard and Settings first, and then how to enter your company information, followed by getting your employees (users) into the system and so forth. After doing some basic configuration the Guide will take you through step-by-step in the mobile app.

The bottom of each article in the Getting Started Guide contains a link to take you to the next page in the guide.
